Bobby began his career in the hospitality industry at The Westin La Paloma and for the past (12) years directly in the Destination Management area. He is responsible for customizing programs that are creative, imaginative and within budget perimeters. From site inspections to execution of the program, Bobby will be there to ensure a great program.

Heather Duva
Director of Operations
A key member of the Destination and Conference Services team, Heather works with Bobby to ensure the success of each program. She directly oversees the implementation of theme events, activities, staffing, transportation, tours and all program details. She works closely with meeting planners, venders and resort staff to ensure everyone’s expectations are surpassed. Heather was born and raised in the Phoenix area and has lived in Tucson for several years. Her background includes extensive knowledge and experience in the catering and restaurant industry.

Heidi Bennett
HR Director / Office Manager
Heidi, another key member of Destination & Conference Services, Inc. has been with the company since its launch. Prior to that she was a part of The Westin La Paloma Resorts Destination Management Department having started employment with La Paloma in 1993. Originally from Illinois, she has lived in Tucson for twenty one years and has her Associate Degree in Hospitality Management. Heidi has worked in the service industry for over thirty years. Along with her Human Resources and Office Manager Responsibilities she assists on both the sales and operations side of the company.
