Bobby started his career in the hotel business at the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa back in January 1986 in the banquet department and after two years, was promoted to set-up supervisor. His next stop was managing the three meal a day restaurant and then heading up a very successful room service operation. Bobby was then selected to set up a new standard in Westin : ‘Service Express”. He oversaw merging the Room Service Department and the Bell Attendants into one department. This merger put him in charge of In-room Dining, Mini-Bar, Concierge, PBX, Airport Shuttle, and the Front drive operation. After years of assisting other Westin properties to transition to ‘Service Express’, he was asked to head up a new department called ‘Destination Services”. After three successful years running a very reputable in-house DMC, Bobby decided to venture out on his own in November of 1998 and finally incorporated his company, Destination & Conference Services Inc.in May 1999. Based in Tucson, Arizona, Bobby has worked all over the United States, Canada and Mexico for some of the largest fortune 500 companies. His hotel background, attention to detail and creativeness has customers from Associations to Corporate choosing Destination & Conference Services for their programs for nearly twenty -five years

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Nicole O’Sullivan brings warmth, vision, and nearly two decades of expertise to her role as Director of Operations. Since joining the company in 2005, Nicole has dedicated herself to creating extraordinary destination experiences that leave a lasting impact.

With a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Arizona, Nicole combines her love for people with her natural talent for orchestrating seamless, inspiring events. She believes that every conference or program is more than an event – it’s an opportunity to connect, uplift, and create moments that matter.

As Director of Operations, Nicole leads with heart and intention. She oversees day-to-day operations and program execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s goals and dreams. Her favorite part of her work is building genuine relationships, empowering her team to thrive, and finding creative solutions that exceed expectations.

Outside of work, Nicole finds joy in traveling to new places, staying active under the Arizona sun, and cherishing time with her children. Whether she’s on-site at a program or at home with her family, Nicole lives each day with gratitude, passion, and a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

Ryan is the Operations Manager at Destination and Conference Services, bringing over 12 years of hands-on experience to the role. Growing up around the family business, he started working as a luggage handler at just 12 years old and steadily took on responsibilities in arrivals and departures coordination before stepping into operations. After finishing up his independent professional baseball career, Ryan returned to the workforce with the same discipline, teamwork, and drive, gaining experience as a pipe fitter, bartender, and HVAC technician along the way. Today, his lifelong connection to the company, combined with a diverse skill set and deep operational expertise, allows him to lead with passion, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
